利用能量守恒定律的力磁耦合模型研究
Research on Magneto-mechanical Coupling Model Using Law of Energy Conservation
摘要
Abstract
Metal magnetic memory testing technology has great potential application in early damage diagnosis of ferromagnetic metal components.It provides an effective way to realize the precise determination and quantitative evaluation of structural safety by using magneto-mechanical coupling model for simulation forward analysis.However,there are many versions of existing magneto-mechanical coupling models based on the law of energy conservation,which are difficult to be selected for specific application.In view of this situation,the model is optimized through analysis and comparison.The accuracy and applicability of the optimal model are verified by finite element simulation and experimental research.The results show that the optimal model can accurately describe the influence of stress,defect morphology and size on the magnetic memory signal of ferromagnetic components,and the theoretical analysis results of the optimal model are in good agreement with the experimental results.This study shows that the optimal model can realize the quantitative analysis of the magnetic memory signal of ferromagnetic components.关键词
