摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the landing gear of an aircraft is taken as the research object,and the landing gear drop performance is studied under high and low temperature environment.Firstly,in order to simulate the extreme high temperature and low temperature environment required with the drop test,the extreme environment simulation device is designed and developed to heat/cool the full-size landing gear.And then,the high and low temperature drop test of landing gear is carried out under different ambient temperatures.The effects of the high temperature and low temperature environments on the landing gear drop performance are highlighted.The results show that with the ambient temperature rising from-55℃to 70℃,the air spring stiffness of the landing gear buffer system increases gradually.The low temperature environment has obvious influence on the oil damping force inside the landing gear buffer.The extreme low temperature environment will lead to the increase in friction force of the landing gear shock absorber and cause the shorter compression stroke of the buffer strut.The high temperature environment mainly affects the stiffness of the air spring inside the shock absorber.The higher the temperature is,the greater the air spring stiffness of the shock absorber is,and the buffer strut is not easy to be compressed.
