Abstract
Urban renewal,serving as a cornerstone of modem urban development,not only reshapes the physical space of cities but also presents novel challenges and opportunities for the business models,design philosophies,and market strategies of architectural design firms.This study endeavors to conduct a thorough investigation into the transformative external environmental factors that architectural design firms encounter amidst urban renewal and their impacts on enterprise development.By meticulously examining the backdrop and evolving trends of urban renewal,this study dissects the external environmental changes encountered by architectural design institutes from multiple dimensions such as policy,economy,society,and technology.It is elucidated that urban renewal not only precipitates challenges related to market demands,policy directives,and technological advancements but also furnishes architectural design institutes with opportunities for business expansion,innovation,and transformational upgrading.The findings of this study are instrumental in fostering the healthy development of the architectural design sector and catalyzing the progression towards sustainable urban growth.关键词
