摘要
Abstract
Engineering settlement emerges as the final stage wherein all stakeholders of a construction project confirm the ultimate quantities and costs of the project,thereby exerting a direct influence on the investment control of the construction entity and the economic benefits of the contracting entity.Furthermore,the quality and progress of the engineering settlement activities profoundly affect government fiscal balance,social stability,corporate development,and public livelihood.This study,from the perspective of the EPC general contractor,summarizes some issues identified during the construction project completion settlement process,provides guidance and ideas for management in the early stages and during the project,aiming to enhance the quality and efficiency of subsequent settlement work and perform effective project cost control.关键词
