Abstract
As forecasted by relevant departments,China is poised to evolve from a mildly aging to a moderately aging society during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,necessitating heightened attention to the health and wellness of the elderly.Nursing homes represent a crucial component of China's elderly care service system,and their construction is expected to experience a rapid development phase in the near future.This study,using the three-star preliminary assessment of green building in Xibei Town Nursing Home in Wuxi City as a case study,explores suitable design strategies for the preliminary evaluation of green buildings in nursing homes from the perspective of design management.关键词
