Abstract
The application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology furnishes the Engineering,Procurement,and Construction(EPC)contracting model with significant leverage and value towards its efficacious implementation.This study organizes the application system of BIM technology within EPC projects and,through a case study of a newly built residential complex in Hangzhou,analyzes the implementation of BIM technology throughout the design,construction,and sales stages.It delves into the methods,advantages,and challenges associated with the application of BIM technology,with the objective of furnishing insights and empirical knowledge for an in-depth and systematic excavation of the value of BIM technology under the EPC contracting model.关键词
