Abstract
The world is still navigating through a crisis of compounding risks in 2024.This study does not comprehensively summarize the"disaster situation"related to urban construction domestically and internationally in 2024.Instead,based on the"Opinions on Promoting the Construction of New Urban Infrastructure and Building Resilient Cities"issued by the Central Office and the State Office on December 5,2024,it expands as much as possible on considerations of urban facility resilience,management resilience,and spatial resilience in urban safety resilience design.The study acknowledges the indispensable role of planners,architects,and engineers in enhancing urban architectural safety resilience but also recognizes the need for broader strategic thinking in collaborative development.The study not only reviews the event"The Necessity and Possibility of General Resilient Architecture:Academic Salon and New Book Launch of the Special Committee on Resilient Cities and Buildings,Architectural Society of China"by Master Hu Yue on November 16,2024,but also reflects on the strategies from the"Cathedral Safety Action"following the reopening of Notre-Dame de Paris on December 7,2024,after five years.Particularly,it proposes safety strategies for 2025 from the perspectives of comprehensive safety planning,design strategies,and the philosophy of urban heritage protection.关键词
