摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of long state-switching time,low efficiency of multi-wave position test and poor system expandability in the test system of active TR modules in phased-array radar,this paper pro-poses a CPCI bus-based test system of radar active TR module with FPGA as the core and high-speed reading in-terface and memory unit as the periphery.The actual application shows that the proposed test system realizes one-key index test by means of grading;using the design of hardware circuit for expandable and the design of ex-pandable wave control single-machine and timing control coding rules can realize efficient,real-time and accurate monitoring and testing of multimodal test control and test state of the active TR module of phased-array radar.
