Abstract
In order to enhance the detection capability of airborne bistatic radar over specified areas,a design method for the configuration of airborne bistatic radar systems is proposed.In the scenario of one-transmit-ter-one-receiver bistatic airborne radar,firstly,the forward placement distance of the receiver is determined accord-ing to the bistatic maximum detection range.Secondly,the flight height of both platforms is determined according to the target in the common coverage area of transmitter and receiver,so as to determine their spatial positions.Fi-nally,a clutter signal model for airborne bistatic radar is established,and the relative motion state of both plat-forms is determined according to the clutter distribution characteristics and clutter suppression effect.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can not only make the airborne bistatic radar reach the required de-tection range,but also make the received clutter stationarity the highest,thus providing conditions for the subse-quent use of space-time adaptive processing technology to suppress clutter.关键词
