基于变权TOPSIS-RSR的空中多目标威胁评估方法

Abstract
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for air defense early warning information system to determine the threat degree of multiple incoming aerial targets,a multi-target threat assessment method based on variable weight TOPSIS-RSR is proposed,with the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to an Ideal So-lution(TOPSIS)method combined with the Rank Sum Ratio(RSR)method.Firstly,the threat assessment index system and quantitative model are constructed.Then,the subjective and objective weights are respectively calcu-lated based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,and the variable weight theory is in-tegrated to improve the combinatorial constant weights to obtain the variable weight,so that the index weights can be flexibly adjusted with the change of battlefield situation.Finally,multi-objective threat ranking and threat level determination can be realized better by ranking relative proximity degree by using the proposed method.Simula-tion results and analysis show the effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
