加快建设数字出版三大体系,切实推动数字出版理论创新
摘要
Abstract
During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,digital publishing research was primarily characterized by knowledge innovation,particularly in terms of knowledge points innovation.The focus of research on digital publishing applications includes the tripartite symbiosis of"scientific data publishing,big data publishing,and data publishing with factor perspective"in the study of publishing data elements.There are abundant research achievements in the application and promotion of cutting-edge leading technologies,key common technologies,and mature technologies in the publishing industry.The research on the quality,mechanism,and types of digital publishing editors continues to enrich.The data-driven transformation of digital publishing products has achieved initial results and made progress in vertical models.Intelligent publishing and integrated publishing have become sustained areas of academic focus.The hot topics in basic research on digital publishing mainly include:(1)the high-quality construction of the digital publishing discipline system,which is based on the textbook system and curriculum system,and revolves around the two basic dimensions of"theory practice"and"time space";(2)the digital publishing academic system as the core,whose attributes and level determine those of the disciplinary system;(3)the digital publishing discourse system initially presenting a series of new concepts and categories,with discourse power research mainly distributed in terms of industry discourse power and academic discourse power;and(4)the research on integrated publishing as a new stage of publishing development,with phased progress in clarifying basic concepts,exploring connotation mechanisms,exploring key theories,and constructing knowledge system frameworks.Towards the"15th Five-Year Plan"for digital publishing,theoretical innovation should be the objective,with systematization and theorization as key approaches to expedite the construction of an independent knowledge system for digital publishing.It is advisable to overcome three challenges:insufficient understanding of the discipline's growth laws,with the need for standardization and improvement of the research paradigms;insufficient strength in theoretical innovation,with the need for optimization and enhancement of research methods;existence of bottleneck in disciplinary development,with the urgent need to establish and improve the mechanism for organized scientific research.On this basis,the foundation of digital publishing science should be consolidated,and the exploration and demonstration of the Marxist concept on publishing should be earnestly strengthened.The theoretical innovation in digital publishing should be accelerated,the quality of the academic system of digital publishing should be effectively elevated,and the construction of the three major systems of digital publishing should be expedited.A core group of researchers in digital publishing should be cultivated,the organized scientific research should be conducted to enhance the efficiency of digital publishing research,and innovation teams for digital publishing research should be constructed to promote cross-disciplinary cooperation and frontier exploration,ultimately serving the national strategic needs.关键词
