Exploring the Mechanism,Dilemma and Suggestions of the Dual-Engine of Zhongguancun and Xiong'an New Area in Promoting Industrial Synergistic Development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

Abstract
[Research purpose]Zhongguancun and Xiong'an New Area are the core areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation development and future innovation highland.An in-depth exploration of the industrial linkage between the two driven by innovation can better rely on resource endowments,giving play to comparative advantages,and providing inspiration and reference for promoting the formation of a regional industrial development pattern of"complementary advantages and staggered development".[Research method]Taking the industrial development of Zhongguancun and Xiong'an New Area as the main research objects,based on the connotation and essence of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry,from three aspects of micro-factor flow,meso-industrial collaboration,and macro-policy connection,this paper deeply analyzes the mechanism of Zhongguancun and Xiong'an New Area in driving the industrial synergy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and focuses on the fields of biomedicine,intelligent connected vehicles,artificial intelligence,quantum information,and blockchain,and deeply explores the practical difficulties faced by Zhongguancun and Xiong'an New Area in the process of industrial linkage and innovation integration,and puts forward feasible suggestions in this regard.[Research conclusion]The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial collaboration has made many positive progress,but the existence of problems such as imperfect top-level design,urgent need to improve the cooperation mechanism,serious homogeneity of industrial layout,and insufficient regional innovation capacity still seriously restricts the industrial linkage between Zhongguancun and Xiong'an New Area.To this end,it is accelerating the construction of an industrial linkage system with"ideas linkage as the guide,institutional linkage as the basis,key industry linkage as the focus,and scientific and technological linkage as the core",and injecting new impetus into further accelerating the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industries.关键词
