Economic Resilience Empowered by Blockchain Technology:Research on the Construction of China's High-quality Chain Economy Model

Abstract
[Research purpose]In the context of a complex and volatile international environment and stable economic growth as a key prerequisite for improving people's quality of life,the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability emphasized by the Central Economic Work Conference in 2024 is of great significance.Therefore,exploring the construction of a high-quality chain economy model based on blockchain technology is conducive to enhancing national competitiveness and economic resilience.[Research method]Firstly,through literature review and current situation analysis,the challenges faced by China in a complex international environment and the level of economic resilience are deeply analyzed.Then,the relevant concepts of the chain economy are defined,and the intrinsic connection between blockchain technology and economic resilience is studied through theoretical analysis and the combination of theory and reality.The necessity of constructing a high-quality chain economy model based on blockchain technology under the current international situation is elaborated in detail.Finally,through policy analysis,strategic guidance is provided for building a high-quality chain economy model based on blockchain technology.[Research conclusion]The research shows that blockchain technology can effectively enhance the transparency and stability of the economic chain through its decentralization,traceability,immutable and other characteristics.At the same time,it puts forward five pathways to build a high-quality chain economic model based on blockchain technology:the first is to establish a"blockchain+economic chain"basic platform and formulate technical standards;the second is to deploy the use of smart contracts to achieve automation;the third is to build a"cross-chain technology+single chain"combined chain development model,allowing the free flow of data and assets;the fourth is to strengthen risk management based on blockchain technology traceability;and the fifth is to improve laws and regulations.关键词
