摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]The study aims to thoroughly investigate the challenges posed by technological alienation in the intelligent era to the global science and technology governance system, and to systematically construct corresponding governance strategies and response mechanisms.[Research method]The research employs phenomenological analysis to systematically reveal the four-dimensional manifestations of technological alienation, namely the alienation of technological products, risks in technological innovation, impacts on social ethics, and issues of technological hegemony. It also utilizes contradiction analysis to deeply deconstruct the triple contradiction paradigms in global science and technology governance, including the"supply-demand contradiction","great power cooperation-competition contradiction"and"science-anti-science contradiction".[Research conclusion]In response to the governance dilemmas revealed by the current global governance system in addressing technological alienation, this study proposes a"three-dimensional governance pathway".At the material level,it focuses on improving the global public goods supply mechanism to provide more effective global public goods;at the institutional level,it actively constructs multilateral science and technology governance alliances to strengthen global cooperation in science and technology governance;at the conceptual level,it reshapes the value consensus of"technology for good"through science and technology ethics education, ultimately forming an institutional sublation and civilizational transcendence of technological alienation.关键词
