Practical Exploration and Pathway Selection for Promoting the Integration of Innovation Chains,Industrial Chains,Capital Chains,and Talent Chains Through High-end Science Popularization

Abstract
[Research purpose]The construction of high-end science popularization holds significant implications for integrating innovation chains,industrial chains,capital chains,and talent chains.This article,departing from the perspective of high-end science popularization,analyzes and summarizes its distinctive features,as well as its pivotal role in promoting"four-chain integration,"thereby revealing practical pathways and approaches for fostering"four-chains"convergence through high-end science popularization.[Research method]It uses these methods including literature analysis,case study and functional analysis,focusing on the role of high-end science popularization in promoting the integration of the four chains.It proposes some pathways for the construction of high-end science popularization platforms,resource integration,talent team building,and international cooperation and exchange in high-end science popularization,aiming to provide a solid theoretical basis and feasible action guide for the practice of high-end science popularization in promoting the integration of the four chains.[Research conclusion]High-end science popularization can provide a source of ideas for the construction of the innovation chains,enhancing the accurate identification of social capital for the direction of science and technology innovation,optimizing the allocation of funds,and promoting the effective connection between the capital chains and the industrial and innovation chains.In addition,high-end science popularization provides a communication platform for science and technology talents,promoting the flow of talents in the industrial and innovation chains,and promoting international science and technology exchange and cooperation,so as to enhance the mutual learning between different science and technology cultures.关键词
