两种粘结体系用于活髓前牙二氧化锆全瓷冠临床修复的疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of two bonding systems in the restoration of zirconia crowns for anterior teeth with living pulp
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of two bonding systems in the restoration of zirconia crowns for anterior teeth with living pulp.Methods:A total of 48 patients who needed crown restoration due to anterior tooth defects were selected and divided into two groups.The observation group was bonded by Single Bond Universal binder+RelyXTM Ulti-mate resin cement,while the control group was bonded by RelyXTM Unicem universal self-bonding resin cement.The dentin sensitivity of abutment teeth were evaluated by visual analog score(VAS)at 1 week,3 months and 6 months after bonding.Gingival index was recorded 6 months after adhesion.Results:The dentin sensitivity in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)at 1 week,3 months and 6 months after bonding.Gingival index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)6 months after bonding.Conclusion:Single Bond Universal+RelyXTM Ultimate can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative sensitivities and improve the health of periodontal tissue.关键词
