Abstract
Objective:To analyze the donor bone thickness and height in mandibular anterior region by cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)for providing the theoretical basis for bone grafting.Methods:Measurement and analysis of mandibular sagittal images of 782 Han Hakka people undergoing CBCT in Meizhou.Results:The thickness of the autogenous graft bone was from(4.27±2.00)mm to(5.86±1.01)mm,and the height was from(8.16±2.81)mm to(12.65±3.21)mm.The thickness of bone under the root of mandibular canine for grafting was from(5.04±1.49)mm to(5.36±1.52)mm,and first premolar for grafting was from(4.87±1.51)mm to(5.18±1.54)mm.The thickness of bone above man-dibular margin of the mandible central incisor for grafting was from(5.79±1.01)mm to(5.86±1.01)mm,and mandibular canine for grafting was from(4.87±1.09)mm to(4.94±1.00)mm,while the height of bone under the mandibular first pre-molar was from(9.17±2.88)mm to(9.51±3.02)mm.There was a significant difference compared with the teeth on the other side.There are statistically significant differences in VD values below all tooth positions between different gender groups.There was a statistically significant difference in the vertical distance VD values of bone blocks taken below each tooth position between different age groups.Conclusion:Clinicians should carefully analyze the CBCT images before implant sur-gery,accurately determine the thickness and height of the bone block that can be harvested from the mandibular anterior re-gion,and then formulate an individualized implant surgical plan.关键词
