成人颞下颌关节紊乱病的下颌骨形态CBCT测量分析
Evaluation of mandibular morphology using CBCT in adult patients with temporomandibular disorders

Abstract
Objective:The aim of this study is to evaluate the mandibular morphology of temporomandibular disorders(TMD)patients using cone beam computer tomography(CBCT).Methods:A total of 112 subjects were enrolled in this stud-y,including 57 TMD patients and 55 healthy subjects.The information of the two groups of people and CBCT images were compared with 10 angle(including the right and left side)and 4 length measurements,and the differences between the two groups were statistically analyzed.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors of upper facial bone width in TMD group.Results:The upper facial bone width of TMD group was significantly larger than that of control group(P=0.003),and the upper facial bone width was significantly correlated with the right β Angle(P=0.012).Conclu-sion:The morphology of jaw bones is different between TMD patients and healthy subjects.The increase of upper facial bone width in TMD patients may be associated with TMD.关键词
