TSP教学法提升口腔肿瘤外科实习生医患沟通能力的效果研究
The study on the effectiveness of TSP-based teaching model in improving doctor-patient communication skills of oral oncology surgery interns

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of the teacher standardized patient(TSP)teaching method in enhancing the doctor-patient communication skills of dental surgery interns.Methods:From 2023 to 2024,a total of 89 in-terns from the Department of Oral Maxillofacial-Head Neck Oncology at Wuhan University Hospital of Stomatology were se-lected to undergo TSP-based teaching.Their doctor-patient communication skills were assessed using the set elicit give under-stand end framework(SEGUE)scale before and after the TSP teaching.Results:The total SEGUE scale score of the 89 in-terns increased after the teaching.Analysis of the 25 evaluation items on the SEGUE scale after TSP teaching showed signifi-cant improvements in 12 items for the interns.Conclusion:The TSP-based teaching method can effectively motivate students,stimulate their thinking,and practically enhance medical students'doctor-patient communication skills.It is suitable for medi-cal education in the dental profession and has good practicality.关键词
