血清Ficolin-3、尿mAlb/Cr水平对慢性肾小球肾炎患者预后的评估价值
Prognostic Value of Serum Ficolin-3 and Urinary mAlb/Cr Levels in Pa-tients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of serum Ficolin-3 and urinary microalbumin(mAlb)/creati-nine(Cr)levels in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods Clinical data of 100 CGN patients diagnosed and treated from January 2019 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients received routine treatment after ad-mission,and were followed up for 2 years to evaluate the prognosis of patients.Patients with no progression or remission of dis-ease were classified as the good prognosis group(n=76),and patients with chronic renal failure were classified into the poor prognosis group(n=24).Baseline data and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)of the two groups were analyzed,se-rum Ficolin-3 level and urinary mAlb/Cr were detected,and the risk factors of poor prognosis in CGN patients were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were drawn to evaluate the efficacy of ser-um Ficolin-3 level and urinary mAlb/Cr in predicting poor prognosis in CGN patients.Results eGFR in poor prognosis group was significantly lower than that in good prognosis group,while serum Ficolin-3 level and urinary mAlb/Cr in poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in good prognosis group(P＜0.01).eGFR,and serum Ficolin-3 and urinary mAlb/Cr were risk factors for poor prognosis in CGN patients(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Both serum Ficolin-3 level and urinary mAlb/Cr could be used to evaluate the poor prognosis of CGN patients,and the area under the ROC curve was 0.805 and 0.877,respectively(P＜0.01).Conclusion The increase of serum Ficolin-3 level and urinary mAlb/Cr can affect the prognosis of CGN patients,and it is of certain value in evaluating the prognosis of CGN patients.关键词
