摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the security needs of the healthy development of low-altitude economy,this paper focuses on the industry's outstanding problems,such as the difficulty of monitoring and disposal of urban illegal flying,the difficulty of traceability investigation,and the difficulty of large-scale and low-cost infrastructure construction.Based on the successful experience mode of urban"Xueliang Project"prevention and control system,the concept of"Low-Alti-tude Xueliang"urban three-dimensional prevention and control system is put forward.Key equipment such as low-cost radar surveillance and"airborne police",and key technologies such as illegal flying pilots air ground cooperative investi-gation and punishment are tackled.The existing"video network"equipment and facilities are fully reused,and the air"surveillance network"and supervision platform are improved.A"Low-Altitude Xueliang"demonstration system has been built,which has achieved the expected results in terms of system concept and core capability verification,and can provide solutions for industry difficulties such as the construction of low-altitude safety city-level low-cost management and control system.
