摘要

Abstract

On the basis of literature analysis,the questionnaire method was used among students and teachers of preschool education major to investigate the talent training situation of Yingkou Vocational and Technical College,and the kindergarten principals were asked about the work situation of interns and the ability requirements for required talents through interviews.This paper probes into the shortcomings of talent training system of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward targeted solutions to reforming the talent training system of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges to improve students'vocational ability.It needs to clearly define the goal of talent training based on improving professional ability;further improve the practical teaching system;refine training requirements based on professional ability;improve the teaching evaluation system and give play to the guiding role of evaluation.
