点阵微针射频治疗腋臭的临床效果:附91例报告

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of fractional microneedle radiofre-quency in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Methods Ninty-one patients with axillary osmidro-sis who were treated with fractional microneedle radiofrequency were enrolled at Dongguan Binhai-wan Central Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023.The effective rate was observed 6 months after the treatment,and the differences in the efficacy among patients with different axillary osmidrosis grades,gender,age and body mass index(BMI)were analyzed.Meanwhile,the re-currence rate and complications were observed.Results Six months after the treatment,the ef-fective rate was 75.82％(69/91),and the recurrence rate was 5.79％(4/69).Among patients with different grades of axillary odor,the effective rate in mild patients was lower than that in mod-erate and severe patients(P＜0.05),while the difference between moderate and severe groups was not significant(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in efficacy among gender,age,and BMI(P＞0.05).The patient satisfaction rate was 68.79％.Epidermal burns and subcutane-ous nodules were observed in 5 and 8 cases,respectively.But the symptoms subsided after 1～2 months without treatment.Numbness of arm occurred in 5 cases,and the symptoms disappeared one month after symptomatic treatment.Conclusions Fractional microneedle radiofrequency is safe and effective for axillary osmidrosis,especially for moderate and severe osmidrosis.关键词
