痣样基底细胞癌综合征1例
Nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome:A case report
摘要
Abstract
A case of nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome is reported.A 47-year-old woman presented with a 10-year history of widespread asymptomatic nodules.Dermatological examination showed multiple hyperpigmented nodules and papules on the face,trunk,and limbs.Moreover,pits were seen on the palms and soles.Histopathological examination showed the dermal tumor masses with nodular hyperplasia of varying sizes.The tumor body was composed of basaloid cells with peripheral palisading.The patient was diagnosed with nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome.The large tumors were completely removed by resection,and topical 5％imiquimod cream was used to treat the rest of BCCs.No recurrence was observed during the 4-month follow-up.关键词
