羊源海藻糖比伯斯坦杆菌辽宁株的分离鉴定及其耐药性分析
Isolation,identification,and drug resistance analysis of Bibersteinia trehalosi-derived from sheep in Liaoning
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this study was to identify the pathogenicity and drug resistance of Bibersteinia trehalosi of sheep.The lung,liver and spleen disease samples of suspected infected lambs were collected aseptically,identified by bacteriological and molecular biological methods,and pathogenicity and drug susceptibility tests were conducted.The results showed that a strain of Bibersteinia trehalosi was isolated.The bacterium formed a round translucent colony with smooth convex surface and needle tip size on 10%sheep blood AGAR medium,and the two ends of the blunt round,single or paired Gram-negative small brachyrod-shaped bacteria could be observed under the microscope.The pathogenicity test results showed that the incidence rate and mortality rate of infected mice were 100%and 40%,showing pulmonary congestion and edema,epicardial congestion and hemorrhage,liver,spleen and kidney parenchymal organs congestion and degeneration,and intestinal mucosal flushing and swelling,which proved that the isolate had strong pathogenicity.Resistance analysis showed that the isolates were sensitive to 14 antibiotics,such as ampicillin and gentamicin,and resistant to ceftiofur and colistin.The results showed that the Liaoning strain of sheep-derived trehalose was highly pathogenic and sensitive to most antimicrobial agents.The results could provide reference for the diagnosis and drug resistance of sheep-derived trehalose.关键词
