摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the expression of type Ⅰ collagen gene α1(COLIA1)in the ovaries of Tibetan sheep with different reproductive ability,and to explore the correlation between the expression of COLIA1 and the reproductive ability of Tibetan sheep,so as to provide reference for improving the reproductive efficiency of Tibetan sheep.Twenty healthy Tibetan ewes aged 3 to 4 years with body weight of(54.45±1.25)kg were selected and divided into single and double lamb groups according to different lamb numbers(10 sheep per group),and ovarian samples were collected.Real-time quantitative fluorescent PCR(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression of COLIA1 gene in ovarian tissues of single and double lambs.The results showed that the expression level of COLIA1 gene in the ovaries of twin lambs was extremely higher than that of single lambs(P<0.01),suggesting that COLIA1 gene was closely related to the fertility of Tibetan sheep.Studies have shown that high expression of COLIA1 gene may promote follicular development and ovulation,thereby increasing the number of lambs in Tibetan sheep.
