不同过瘤胃添加剂组合对细绒型辽宁绒山羊母羊血清代谢指标的影响
Effects of different rumen-protected additive combinations on serum metabolic parameters of fine Liaoning cashmere goat ewes

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different rumen-protected additive combinations on serum metabolic indexes of fine Liaoning cashmere ewes.Forty-eight fine Liaoning cashmere goat ewes with good body condition,similar weight,expected date of birth and parity were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and four ewes per replicate.The ewes in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the ewes in test groups were fed a basal diet supplemented with different rumen-protected additive combinations(including rumen-protected glucose,rumen-protected choline,rumen-protected lysine,and rumen-protected methionine),respectively.The pre-test period started from 120 days of gestation and the trial period ended from 135 days of gestation to 30 days of lamb birth for a total of 60 days.The results showed that in late pregnancy and early lactation,the serum glucose(GLU)and glucagon(PG)levels of test groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum insulin(INS)level of test groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of triglyceride(TG),β-hydroxybutyric acid(β-HB),acetone(AC)and acetoacetic acid(AAc)of ewes in test groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the serum free fatty acid(NEFA)level in the groups 2 and 3 was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum urea nitrogen(BUN)and uric acid(UA)levels in the test groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the serum creatinine(CREA)and blood ammonia(AN)levels in the the groups 2 and 3 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the rumen-protected additives combination had positive effects on carbohydrate,lipid and protein metabolism of Liaoning cashmere goats,and the combination of rumen-protected glucose 10 g,rumen-protected choline 3.0 g,rumen-protected lysine 18 g and rumen-protected methionine 5 g has the best effects.关键词
