狐源肺炎克雷伯菌辽宁分离株的鉴定及其致病性与耐药性分析
Identification,pathogenicity,and drug resistance analysis of the Liaoning isolate of fox-derived Klebsiella pneumoniae

Abstract
The study aimed to confirm the pathogenicity and drug resistance of fox-derived Klebsiella pneumoniae.Liver samples from diseased foxes at a fur farm in Jinzhou,Liaoning Province,were collected for bacteriological and molecular biological identification,pathogenicity testing,and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.The results showed that a strain of Klebsiella pneumoniae of fox origin(JMAV22.202201)was successfully isolated through bacteriological and molecular identification.On LB agar medium,the strain formed round,smooth,milky-white colonies.On MacConkey agar,pale pink,creamy colonies.And on sheep blood agar,round,smooth,gray-white colonies.Gram staining revealed pink-colored,short rod-shaped bacteria.Pathogenicity tests demonstrated 100%morbidity and mortality in infected mice,with multi-organ lesions including hemorrhaging in the lungs and spleen,swelling and congestive degeneration in the liver and kidneys,and congestive edema in the intestinal wall.Antimicrobial susceptibility testing indicated resistance to ampicillin,oxacillin,gentamicin,erythromycin,and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole,while susceptibility was observed to ceftriaxone,cefuroxime,tetracycline,minocycline,ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin,and florfenicol.The study concludes that the isolated strain exhibits strong pathogenicity but remains susceptible to most tested antimicrobial agents.关键词
