恒温荧光法及RT-PCR法检测南美白对虾常见病
Detection of common diseases in Litopenaeus vannamei using isothermal fluorescence method and RT-PCR method

Abstract
The study aimed to explore the application effects of the isothermal fluorescence method and RT-PCR method in detecting three common types of diseases(viral,bacterial,and parasitic)in Litopenaeus vannamei.Three shrimp larvae samples were randomly selected,with 15~20 individuals in each sample.RT-PCR method was used to detect hepatopancreas parvovirus(HPV)and Penaeus baculovirus(BPV),while the isothermal fluorescence method was used to detect Vibrio parahaemolyticus causing acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease(VpAHPND),infectious hypodermal and hematopoietic necrosis virus(IHHNV),yellow head virus(YHV),decapod iridescent virus(DIVI),Vibrio harveyi(HVS),Taura syndrome virus(TSV),Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei(EHP),and white spot syndrome virus(WSSV).The results showed that the isothermal fluorescence method detected eight pathogens including VpAHPND,IHHNV,YHV,DIVI,TSV,HVS,WSSV,and EHP,all of which were negative.In the gel electrophoresis test,no bands of HPV and BPV were observed,indicating that the shrimp larvae did not carry the above pathogens.The results showed that RT-PCR and thermostatic fluorescence could detect the pathogen carrying status of Litopenaeus vannamei larvae quickly and effectively.关键词
