穿心莲中药复方对患流行性腹泻仔猪抗氧化能力的影响
Effect of Andrographis paniculata Chinese medicine compound on the antioxidant capacity of piglets with porcine epidemic diarrhea

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Andrographis paniculata Chinese medicine compound on the serum antioxidant indicators and intestinal microbiota of piglets with porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED).A total of 36 piglets at 3 days of age were randomly divided into four groups:The Chinese medicine compound treatment group,the control drug treatment group,the infected untreated group,and the blank control group,with three replicates in each group and three piglets in each replicate.The blank control group was isolated from the other three groups.The piglets in the other groups were orally administered 2.5 mL of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)cell culture fluid(106.5 TCID50)at 3 days of age.After the onset of diarrhea symptoms in the infected groups,the Chinese medicine compound treatment group and the control drug treatment group were treated with Andrographis paniculata Chinese medicine compound and Yangshuhua Koufuye,respectively,while the infected untreated group received no treatment.On the third day of treatment,the serum antioxidant indicators and intestinal microbiota counts of the piglets in each group were measured.The results showed that compared with the infected untreated group,the blank control group,the Chinese medicine compound treatment group,and the control drug treatment group had significantly higher activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum,as well as total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)(P<0.05),and significantly lower levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)(P<0.05).The numbers of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the piglets'intestines increased significantly(P<0.05),while the numbers of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus decreased significantly(P<0.05).The study demonstrated that Andrographis paniculata Chinese medicine compound could enhance the antioxidant capacity of piglets,improve the intestinal environment,and resist the damage caused by PED to the body.关键词
