摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the heat dissipation problem of lithium batteries and increase battery life and safety,a comparative analysis of the heat dissipation capacity and power consumption of three different types of cold plates was conducted by combining simulation and experiment.The maximum temperature,temperature difference and pressure difference were selected as optimization targets for the structural design optimized.The results show that the heat dissipation performance of the three types of cold plates after optimization is significantly improved.The maximum temperature and temperature difference of the dual-channel plate-fin cold plate battery cell are 43.79℃/3.93℃,and the temperature difference and pressure difference increased by 7.96%and 48.03%respectively.The maximum temperature and temperature difference of the battery cell under the double-circuit structure of the stamped cold plate are 43℃/3.04℃,and the temperature difference are increased by 40.69%.By changing the inlet and outlet positions and the length of some flow channels,the"backflow"problem of the profile cold plate is solved,and the heat dissipation performance is also improved.The maximum temperature and temperature difference of the battery cell are 44.37℃/2.88℃,and the maximum temperature and temperature difference increased by 2.29%and 31.10%respectively.
