中国省域森林生态产品价值实现的综合评价
The Comprehensive Evaluation of the Value Realization of Forest Ecological Products at Provincial Level in China

Abstract
(1) Background——The value realization of forest ecological products has become an important index to measure regional ecological benefits and sustainable development ability.However,there are significant spatial differences between different regions in the level and efficiency of value realization of forest ecological products,and there is a lack of systematic and standardized evaluation system.It is of great significance to construct a com-prehensive evaluation system for the value realization of forest ecological products to quantify the contribution of forest ecological products and promote their rational utilization and sustainable development. (2)Methods——Based on the two dimensions of level and efficiency,this paper firstly constructed the eval-uation index system of value realization of forest ecological products.Then,the entropy weight method and super-efficiency SBM model were used to measure the value realization level and efficiency of forest ecological products in 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)of China from 2011 to 2022,and the value realization of forest ecological products was comprehensively evaluated by using Boston matrix.Finally,the evolution paths of value realization of the forest ecological products were analyzed. (3) Results——First,The value realization level of forest ecological products in China is low,but it shows an upward trend on the whole.The value realization level in the central and western regions show strong growth potential and growth momentum,while the value realization level and its growth rate in the eastern region is both low.Second,The value realization efficiency of forest ecological products in China shows an obvious upward trend.The value realization efficiency of most provinces in the eastern region is close to or has reached the boundary of effective production,while the value realization efficiency of the central and western regions is rela-tively low.Third,the value realization of forest ecological products can be divided into four types:stars-type(high level-high efficiency),children-type(low level-high efficiency),cash cows-type(high level-low efficiency)and dogs-type(low level-low efficiency).Fourth,there are four evolution paths to realize the value of forest ecological products:balanced promotion,level reduction and efficiency improvement,level improvement and efficiency reduction,and both level and efficiency reduction. (4) Conclusions and Discussions——Different regions show different development types and evolution paths in realizing the value of forest ecological products.The rapid economic and social development and the ac-celeration of urbanization and industrialization in the eastern region affect the value realization level of forest re-sources,but it has made use of its advanced scientific and technological innovation capabilities and sound market mechanisms to improve the value realization efficiency.The value realization level in the central and western re-gions has been significantly improved,but it is still necessary to continuously improve the value realization efficien-cy through technological innovation and mode innovation.Stars-type provinces should continue to promote techno-logical innovation and industrial upgrading to improve the added value of products.Children-type provinces should strengthen market positioning and implement products differentiation strategies.Cash cows-type provinces should introduce modern management mode and advanced technology to improve production efficiency and comprehensive utilization rate of resources.Dogs-type provinces should improve infrastructure and upgrade service levels.关键词
