8种木兰科植物叶片挥发性成分比较
Comparative analysis of volatile components from the leaves of eight Magnoliaceae species

Abstract
Magnoliaceae plants are widely distributed throughout China.The bark,leaves,flowers and other tissues of these plants are rich in essential oils,which have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,analgesic,expectorant,insect repellent and other functions.To identify and analyze the leafy volatile components of eight Magnoliaceous species,the volatile components of Michelia foveolate,Michelia chapensis,Michelia skinneriana,Michelia balansae,Tsoongiodendron odorum,Michelia fujianensis,Michelia macclurei,and Magnolia officinalis were qualitatively analyzed by the microwave-assisted hydrodistillation(MAHD)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The result showed that a total of 74 volatiles were identified,including 6 monoterpenes,34 sesquiterpenes,23 oxide-sesquiterpenes,and 11 non-terpenes.The relative content of sesquiterpene oxides in the volatile compounds of M.macclurei was the highest,reaching 70.63%.The volatile compounds of M.officinalis were mainly sesquiterpene oxides and non-terpenes.Sesquiterpene olefins and sesquiterpene oxides were the main volatile compounds in the 6 species of Michelia.There were 15 volatiles of M.foveolate,18 volatiles of M.chapensis,26 volatiles of M.skinneriana,32 volatiles of M.balansae,14 volatiles of T.odorum,23 volatiles of M.fujianensis,17 volatiles of M.macclurei and 6 volatiles of M.officinalis.The relative contents of volatile components were 71.41%,41.54%,92.41%,76.12%,96.31%,97.41%,98.26%,96.68%of the essential oils of each plant,respectively.Some same volatile components were found in the essential oils of 8 plants.Except for M.officinalis,the 6 Michelia species and the T.odorum all contained caryophyllene and Δ-cadinene.Geranene D was found in all 6 Michelia species.Utilizing principal component analysis(PCA),it was observed that the main chemical components and unique components of essential oils from different plant species varied significantly.The variance contribution rates of principal component 1(PC1),principal component 2(PC2)and principal component 3(PC3)were 39.3%,21.0%and 16.2%,respectively.Notably,3,5,6,7,8,8a-hexahydro-4,8a-dimethyl-6-(1-methylethenyl)-2(1H)naphthalenone was a distinctive volatile constituent that differentiated M.skinneriana from the other 7 species of Magnoliaceae.Myristicin was the main volatile component that distinguished M.macclurei from the other 7 species of Magnoliaceae.Elemol and α-eucalyptol were the main volatile components that distinguished T.odorum from the other 7 species of Magnoliaceae.Geraniol,3-(4-acetoxyphenyl)-1-propene,and caryophyllene oxide were the main volatile components that distinguished M.officinalis from the other 7 species of Magnoliaceae.In contrast,the volatile constituents of M.macclurei,M.foveolate,M.chapensis,and M.fujianensis showed relatively minor differences,indicating a high degree of chemical similarity among these species.These findings provide a valuable reference and foundation for the further development and utilization of Magnoliaceae.关键词
