基于华为云的坐具多点融合感知评价系统
Huawei Cloud-based multi-point fusion sensory evaluation system for sitting devices

Abstract
The mechanical properties of sofas and the temperature characteristics of surface materials have important influence on the comfort of sofas and human sitting posture.Due to the lack of a professional portable seating multi-point data acquisition and comfort evaluation system,evaluating the comfort of sofas and other seating devices and detecting the sitting posture is time-consuming and labor-intensive.Based on this,a multi-point fusion sensing and evaluation system for seating furniture with STM32 as the main controller and a Huawei Cloud platform integrated with Internet of Things(IoT)technology was designed.The system consisted of two parts:software and hardware.The hardware system,with STM32 as the main controller,primarily contained the power management module,data acquisition and processing module,communication module,etc.These components enabled the power distribution for the entire system,as well as the acquisition,and processing of temperature,humidity and stress data from multiple points on the cushions and backrests.The data was then sent to the Huawei Cloud platform and the computer-based host computer,respectively,via Wi-Fi or 2.4G wireless communication.The software part included cloud,mobile phone,and local host computer.The Huawei Cloud platform streamed the received data to the cloud database in real-time and provided cloud APIs for the WeChat App to call to realize two-way communication.The host computer completed the real-time dynamic display of the collected data,sitting posture detection and early warning,and comfort evaluation,etc.The software system also included a web page to obtain the historical data stored in the cloud database.The measured results showed that the system could quickly and accurately acquire multi-point temperature,humidity,and pressure data,and dynamically display the current test conditions;the test data could more accurately reflect the physical and mechanical properties of the cushion material,while the comfort evaluation and posture detection algorithms could effectively evaluate the current comfort and sitting status,with an average accuracy rate of approximately 77%and 80%,respectively.The system has the advantages of high stability,real-time,low cost,portability,and reliability,which can provide a solution for the evaluation of the physical properties and comfort evaluation of sofas and other new cushion materials.关键词
