摘要
Abstract
Aimed at current textile industry status and the demand of textile industry digital constructure,digital constructure of Xinjiang textile park was deeply discussed.The problems in the production management mode of current textile enterprises were analyzed.Through the mode of China Unicom 5G private network+industrial custom-made acquisition terminal,important production monitoring,fault diagnosis,energy management,production tracking and so on were realized.Full process digital connection of production and full process digitalization manufacturing were achieved.Combined with application examples,the function of 5G full connection technology in digital constructure of smart textile park were emphatically introduced.It is considered that the production efficiency and optimization management could be improved through the construction of a 5G private network,automated data collection,5G scenario based services,full process digital control of production and manufacturing.关键词
