摘要

Abstract

A new type of sandwich structure insulation quilt was designed,the outer material was made of foamed waterproof cloth with high-strength polyester filament woven fabric as the base cloth,the inner core was made of textile waste wool bristles,yak hair bristles,waste cotton floc and waste clothing.The waterproof performance,mechanical property,aging resistance of the outer material was tested as well as ther insulation property of different inner core insulation quilts.A simple outdoor test was carried out to verify the feasibility of using waste textiles in thermal insulation quilts.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the foamed waterproof cloth was better and can be used as the outer material of the greenhouse insulation quilt.The thermal insulation effect of the wool bristle inner core quilt was the best,followed by the yak hair bristle as the inner core thermal insulation quilt,the waste cotton floc as the inner core of the thermal insulation quilt,and the thermal insulation effect of the waste clothing as the inner core was the worst.It is believed that it is feasible for waste textiles used in agricultural greenhouses.
