摘要

Abstract

In order to spin camellia oil modified viscose fiber yarn,the longitudinal surface SEM,strength,friction factor and mass ratio resistance of camellia oil modified viscose fiber,bamboo fiber and viscose fiber were analyzed,the spinning process was adjusted contrapuntally.The results showed that comparing to common viscose fiber,the grooves on the surface of camellia oil modified viscose fiber was much more,the depth was decreased and the distribution was relatively uniform.The static and dynamic friction coefficient of camellia oil modified viscose fiber was lower,while the difference between static and dynamic friction coefficients was higher,which was conducive to improving the fiber cohesion and yarn strength.The mass specific resistance of camellia oil modified viscose fiber was 8.90×109 Ω·g/cm2,which was higher than that of viscose fiber(2.81×109 Ω·g/cm2).Camellia oil viscose modified fiber was rich in a variety of amino acids,the content was 0.482 g/100 g,so that its fabric had better skin affinity and skincare performance.According to the property of camellia oil modified viscose fiber,three times of doubling blending were used to improve the fiber straightening and parallelism.In roving process,the process of larger gauge,medium pressure,lower speed and lower weight per unit was adopted.Finally,camellia oil modified fiber/bamboo fiber 60/40 9.8 tex condensed siro yarn was spun successfully,the yarn quality could meet use demand.
