Fire hazards and protective measure in intelligent spinning workshop
摘要
Abstract
In order to better prevent fire in intelligent spinning workshop,the fire hazards,locations and applicable fire prevention&extinguishing measures in the spinning workshop were summarized.The fire prevention measures in cotton picking section,multi-hopper blending section,carding section and dust removal section in blowing-carding unit were introduced as key points.Automatic fire alarm device and automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system should be equipped according to the actual situation including waste cotton treatment,dust removal room in blowing-carding unit,suction room in combing,air conditioning return air filtration room,air conditioning return air duct and other parts.Workshop safety production management should be strengthened,fire safety knowledge training should be enhanced,alarm and fire extinguishing systems should be regularly maintained.It is considered that advanced technology should be relied on to automatically detect and eliminate fires in the textile production process,ensuring efficient production in intelligent spinning workshops.关键词
