Abstract
The construction of informatization platform for coal preparation plant production is an urgent need to accelerate the digital transformation of coal preparation plant production and operation,and it is also an important part of the intelligent construction of the coal preparation plant.The production process of the coal preparation plant covers multiple complex and key business sectors such as dispatch management,coal quality management,consumption management,and electromechanical management.These tasks are not only cumbersome in process,but also interrelated in various links,with one link affecting the whole body.It is difficult to ensure that all de-tails can be handled properly and without any omissions relying solely on traditional manual management models.Through data collec-tion and system integration,a production information platform integrating the production,electromechanical,safety and operation of the coal preparation plant is created,which provides timely,accurate and visual data support for the production decisions of the managers in each link of the coal preparation plant production management system,and improves the informatization level and production manage-ment efficiency of the coal preparation plant.关键词
