摘要

Abstract

As the core part of the thermal control system,the performance indicators of the DCS system have a crucial impact on the safe and stable operation of the generator set.DCS systems often encounter problems such as card failures and signal interference during long-term operation.It is necessary to test their main safety indicators such as network performance,controller performance,response time,controller redundancy monitoring,controller switching,anti-interference ability,etc.through scientific testing methods in accord-ance with industry technical standards.This can effectively identify safety hazards in the long-term operation of DCS and carry out targe-ted operation and maintenance to enhance its safety and reliability.
