超前巷道裂隙发育规律与锚注加固技术研究
Research on fracture development law and bolt-grouting reinforcement technology of advance roadway

Abstract
The advance abutment pressure and its induced deformation and failure of roadway are one of the main problems restricting the safe mining of coal mines.Conventional advance supporting(single prop,support,etc.)has the problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency,which is often difficult to meet the needs of the on-site.Therefore,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,engi-neering application and other methods were used to carry out the research on bolt-grouting reinforcement technology of roadway in ad-vance dynamic pressure area of fully-mechanized mining face,reveal the fracture development law of advanced roadway under different supporting pressures,analyze the principle of bolt-grouting reinforcement technology of roadway,summarize the advantages of bolt-grou-ting reinforcement technology,and evaluate the application feasibility of bolt-grouting reinforcement technology in advanced roadway.The field industrial test was carried out in the advanced dynamic pressure roadway of fully-mechanized mining face in the No.4 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.The application of bolt-grouting reinforcement technology reduced the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway,realized the stable control of surrounding rock of roadway,and ensured the safe and efficient production of working face,which providing a reference for the supporting design of the advance roadway.关键词
