摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of poor real-time dynamic response and limited adaptive adjustment ability of belt conveyor tensioning device,a belt conveyor tensioning device based on S7-1500 controller was designed.The feasibility of the hardware and software design scheme for the tensioning device of the belt conveyor based on five typical operating stages was analyzed and it was applied to industrial testing.The results show that the tensioning device of the belt conveyor meets the design requirements,has strong real-time dynamic re-sponse,can adaptively adjust the tensioning force according to load changes,and can ensure the safe,continuous,and efficient operation of the belt conveyor.
