旋流数对多通道旋流燃烧器燃烧特性的影响研究
Research on the effect of swirl number on combustion characteristic of multi-channel swirl burner

Abstract
The adjustment of the operating conditions of swirl burners has become the research focus of the combus-tion organization optimization for pulverized coal industrial boilers.That is to say,the research on the influence of the swirl number in multi-channel swirl burners on combustion characteristics can provide theoretical analysis and data support for the adjustment of the actual operating conditions of burners and the full-condition simulation research.With the help of the pulverized coal combustion test platform,three measurement techniques,namely the inserted high-temperature thermocouple,the flue gas analyzer and the industrial high-speed camera,are adopted to measure the temperature distribution of the combustion flue gas in the structure of the pre-combustion chamber of the swirl burner,the concentration distribution of each component in the gas and the pulverized coal flame formed outside the structure of the pre-combustion chamber respectively,so as to explore the pulverized coal organized combustion process of the burner and the influence of different swirl numbers.The experiment results show that:in the central axis area of the pre-combustion chamber,a high-temperature,low-oxygen,and strongly reducing atmosphere region is formed,which is conducive to the ignition and stable combustion of pulverized coal in the initial stage of combus-tion and the suppression of nitrogen oxide generation;a low-temperature air layer is formed on the inner wall surface of the pre-combustion chamber,which is beneficial to the long-term stable operation of this structure;the stable flame shape outside the pre-combustion chamber and the relatively long flame path are conducive to the subsequent burnout of pulverized coal.During the process in which the swirl number of the inner secondary air gradually decrea-ses,the peak temperature in the high-temperature region changes slightly,the range of the low-oxygen region and the intensity of the reducing atmosphere gradually weaken,the average length of the flame decreases,while the maxi-mum value and the fluctuation degree increase,and the divergence angle and diameter at the outlet of the pre-com-bustion chamber show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.Under the working condition where the swirl number of the inner secondary air is 1.67,the variation range of the peak temperature and the sidewall temperature is the smallest,the range of the low-oxygen region and the intensity of the reducing atmosphere are relatively good,the flame path is relatively long,and the diameter and the divergence angle are moderate.All these are conducive to maintaining the ignition and stable combustion ability of pulverized coal in the initial stage of combustion as well as the subsequent burnout effect of pulverized coal,and at the same time suppressing the generation of nitrogen oxides,which is a reasonable working condition under the operating situation.关键词
