Abstract
Some power plants are unable to carry out intelligent transformation of raw coal sample when they are im-plementing the intelligent transformation of fuel.Manual handling is still used for the transportation of raw coal sam-ples.This method faces problems such as long coal sample transportation time,low efficiency,uncontrollable trans-portation process,and low sample safety and confidentiality.The intelligent rail car and their supporting system to re-alize the automatic transmission of raw coal samples should be studied under the condition of space limitation and lay-out responsibility.The article introduces the design of the intelligent rail car transport system and its application.Combined with its system composition,it focuses on explaining the structure of the intelligent rail car,the loading and the unloading module at the station,the track module,and other system structures,and gives an example of the complete workflow of barrel transport in the intelligent rail car transport system.The application research of the raw coal sample transportation system based on intelligent rail cars in the field of fuel intelligence shows that using intelli-gent rail cars for the transportation of raw coal samples can achieve 24-hour continuous operation without human par-ticipation throughout the process;the developed scheduling system can achieve intelligent operation of multiple vehi-cles,stations,and paths;the intelligent rail car schedules itself according to demand,with fast response,short docking time,and high transfer efficiency.It realizes the safe and fast automatic transmission of raw coal samples be-tween the sampling system and the sample preparation system,avoiding contact between people and samples and truly realizing unmanned operation.关键词
