摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of Chinese cabbage seed cleaning,a kind of fan-sieve type Chinese cabbage seed cleaning device was developed.This paper used EDEM software to simulate the vibration frequency,amplitude and vibration direction angle,and analyzed the material movement speed on the screen surface,the material distribution un-der the screen and the screening effect under different working parameters.The results showed that the screening effect of the vibrating screen was the best when the vibration frequency was 14 Hz,the amplitude was 5 mm and the vibration di-rection angle was 35°.Through the indoor verification test,the results showed that the simulation results were basically consistent with the measured results,which proved the feasibility of EDEM software in the numerical simulation of vibra-ting screen.This study provided a theoretical basis for the screening effect analysis and working parameter setting of Chi-nese cabbage seed cleaning device.
