Study of Oil Tea Fruit Characteristics and Finite Element Analysis

Abstract
In order to study the mechanical properties of oil tea fruit shell breaking,investigate how the oil tea fruit shell breaks,measure the geometric characteristics parameters of oil tea fruit;provide theoretical support for the oil tea fruit shell breaking machine.Used TMS-PRO texture meter to test the mechanical properties of oil tea fresh fruit,used Solid Works to model the oil tea fruit,used ANSYS Workbench to simulate the shell breaking of oil tea fruit.The results showed that:the sphericity coefficient of oil tea fruit 0.94,which can be approximated as a sphere model,the loading along the longitudinal direction of oil tea fruit was the most energy-saving,the influence of diameter and loading rate on the shell breaking force was significant,the shear shell breaking force was about 35%of the extrusion shell breaking force,the finite element analysis showed that the stress was mainly concentrated in the contact edge part between the compression plate and oil tea fruit,and the total shell deformation was 6.372 m,which can meet the shell breaking requirement.关键词
