一种农田自动土壤采样车的仿真设计与试验
Simulation Design and Test of an Automatic Farmland Soil Sampling Vehicle

Abstract
This paper reviewed the development of soil sampling vehicles both domestically and abroad,in order to ad-dress the specific needs of precision agriculture in China.It aimed to solve the problems of low automation and slow sam-pling speed associated with existing soil sampling equipment.The paper presented the design and development of an auto-matic soil sampling vehicle for farmland,capable of efficiently and automatically collecting soil samples from different lay-ers.The sampling vehicle's overall program combined a high-throughput vehicle chassis with a hydraulic impact soil col-lection device.Based on the vehicle's structural layout,the soil extractor was installed on the side of the vehicle cab.The typical working conditions of sampling were analyzed to determine the main design parameters.ANSYS Workbench software was used to simulate and analyze the strength and stiffness aspects of the sampling rack structure.It was found that the highest stress occurred in the support plate under the conditions of overhanging at the front end and support at the rear end,reaching 201.3 MPa.Modal analysis was conducted on the rack to calculate the dynamic load coefficients.The maximum dynamic stress of the rack was determined to be 110 MPa.The performance experiment of the field sam-pling vehicle demonstrates that the soil sampling vehicle can efficiently and automatically sample soil layers at various depths in the farmland environment.The vehicle met the requirements for average sampling depth,sampling time,and sample quality,fulfilling the needs of soil sampling.关键词
