Abstract
In order to improve the pick-up rate and reduce the debris rate,a telescopic spike-tooth type residual film re-covery machine was designed,and its pick-up device was studied,its structure and working principle were clarified,the cam disk profile and spike-tooth parameters were analyzed,and the strength of the mechanism was verified by finite ele-ments to meet the requirements.The optimal combination of parameters was obtained with the forward speed of 4.1 km/h,the radius of cam base circle of 337.1 mm and the number of nail teeth of 9,which resulted in a pick-up rate of 87.9%and a debris rate of 31.3%.The field verification test of the residual film recovery performance under the optimal combi-nation of parameters showed that the telescopic spike-tooth type residual film recovery machine had 87.9%of the residual film pick-up rate and 34.7%of the trash content,which met the industry and standard requirements.关键词
