Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of online detection of wheat moisture content in combine harvester,an online detection system of wheat grain moisture content based on STM32 was designed.The detection system used the STM32F103RCT6 embedded chip as the hardware development platform,and used the ipsilateral circular arc capacitive moisture content detection sensor as the acquisition terminal.After the circuit was processed with the STM32 microcon-troller,the data collected by RS485 was sent to the cloud server through 4G for data interaction.It realized wireless long-distance data transmission of serial port devices,and then realized remote data communication management,with good man-machine interaction.The results of the bench verification test showed that:the maximum absolute error of moisture content detection was 0.87%,the minimum absolute error was 0.07%,and the average absolute error was 0.29%.The relative error values were all less than 10%,and the average relative error was 4.7%,R2=0.968 5,which could meet the requirements of online detection of grain moisture content of the combine harvester.
