Damping Pendulum Model and Experimental of Combine Harvester Conveying Trough

Abstract
The cantilever conveying trough of combine harvester will produce unbalanced swing when stimulated by the outside,which will not only affect the structural stability of the whole machine,but also affect the efficiency of crop har-vest.For this,the damping pendulum model of conveying trough was established according to Lagrange method.The model parameters were calibrated and the damping pendulum model was improved by combining experiment and simula-tion.The results showed that the maximum external excitation force of the cantilever conveying trough was 1 094.4 N,the stiffness of the hydraulic cylinder was 1.023 6×108 N/m and the damping was 228.58 N·s/m,which provided a theoretical basis for the hydraulic cylinder to control the swing of the cantilever conveying trough.It was of great signifi-cance to improve the reliability of combine harvester.关键词
